The water for both ice and water has a multi-step process including ozonation, filtration, and reverse osmosis producing a clear cube of ice bagged at the time of sale that is harder and is prefered for ease of use in ice chests and drinks as opposed to soft ice or ice that has been frozen solid in a bag.
